Professor Oluwagbemiga Oyewole Adeodu is a Peadiatrician with special interest in Paediatric Haemato-Oncology. In particular, he has been in the fore-front of research and clinical practice regarding childhood sickle cell disorder in Nigeria. He has been involved in the teaching and training of medical students and resident doctors for over three decades. He is a past Chief Examiner in Paediatrics for the West African College of Physicians. He is currently the Chair of the UNIMED Research Ethics Committee. He has to his credit over sixty publications in reputable academic journals.
