My aim is to actualize my professional growth by developing a fulfilling career through rendering Quality Medical Laboratory Services with a highly focused and result oriented organization and further achieving the goals and objectives of the organization. Excellent in English Language performances, highly articulated, confident and persuasive. Good ability to encourage and communicate in order to achieve increased performances at individual and team level, self-directed, resourceful, and enthusiastic. In my experiences in professionalism, I have been known with teaching abilities, teachable professional with high personal integrity, and genuine interest in fostering all round development. Dependable and reliable in supporting self and others in learning inclusive, combined with strong passion for Medical Laboratory Sciences. Ability to create, inspire a fun and challenging learning environment with strong connections to humanity. Determined, decisive, good at being an active team member, effectively communicating and collaborating with all levels of staff .
