Dr. Olayemi Adebiyi hailed from Emure-Ekiti in Ekiti State. Went to primary and secondary schools, obtained certificates from the two schools respectively. Proceeded to federal school of Dental technology and therapy Lagos where she bagged a diploma certificate is dental therapy (1981) and the bridge course certificate (2002). From the University of Ibadan Oyo State, additional certificates were obtained thus; PhD Social Welfare (2015), M.Ed. Social Welfare (2003), Masters of Social Work (M.SW 2002), B.Ed. Health Education(1998), ADHE (1990). From 1983 to 2018 she worked as a dental therapist with Oyo State hospitals management board. Rose to the position of chief dental therapist in 2003. Lecturer; Legacy University, The Gambia (2018-2022). Lecturer II; Federal College of dental technology and therapy, Enugu (2011-2017). A registered dental therapist (00140). Registered Social worker, Oyo State association of social workers (0001865). Association of medical social workers of Nigeria RC (17830). I attended several conferences with presentation of papers.
