I have an infectious enthusiasm for scientific breakthroughs and sustainable solutions via various spectrums of research which utilizes innovative molecular techniques to bridge the gap between basic science and the food industry.
I am keen on also bridging the gap between academia (research) and industries at large.
I am a gender-equality activist who seeks to promote both men and women in STEM.
While I thrive in challenging situations, I believe that the world would be a better place if everyone simply focuses on what is right and keep being kind.
