INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELEGATE REGISTRATION

Instruction on how to register as a lead delegate/sub-delegate


1. The delegate registration form must be completed for ALL delegates from the institution. A minimum of two (2) and maximum of three (3) members per delegation are expected from any participating Institution.

2. The Leader of the Institutional delegation, known as the LEAD Delegate, must be registered first (first page). The National Workshop LOC and Conference organiser will maintain communications concerning the participation of the delegation in the workshop through the Lead delegate.

3. After entry for the Lead delegate, click on the ADD DELEGATE to register the next delegate member, ditto, for a third delegate, where they are three.

4. In the likely event that an Institution has more than three delegates, a new delegation registration must be completed with another Lead delegate, similar in process and responsibility as in (2-3) above.

5. Workshop registration is not complete until the Delegation participation fee is received by the Conference organiser and confirmed in writing.

6. The Workshop registration fee is a single fee that covers the delegation from an Institution/University. Payment should be as a single entry.

Instructions (Addendum)

1. The lead delegate (not sub-delegate) has to sign up to create a delegate account.

2. Next, the lead delegate signs in (logs in) and register for the conference by appropriately filling up the delegate registration form.
NB: Email and University field is unique i.e can not be changed after registration.

3. The lead delegate adds sub-delegate [maximum of two (2)] by clicking the "Add Sub delegate" button and follow the prompt.

4. Registration details can be update even after registration except the unique fields.
