It is my pleasure to warmly welcome you to the Directorate of Distance Learning (IDLCE) at the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo.
Formerly known as the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE), which has been in existence since 2017, our institute was renamed in 2024 as the Institute of Distance Learning and Continuing Education (IDLCE).
Our journey began with the Pre-Degree Program, a foundational science-based course designed to prepare candidates for admission into 100-level in UNIMED.
In early 2025, the existing B.Sc. Conversion Program was integrated into our program schedule, which had since been producing outstanding graduates. Our students continue to excel academically, reflecting the dedication and quality of our teaching and support.
At IDLCE, we are committed to delivering high-quality, flexible, and accessible education to learners worldwide through innovative distance learning methods.
